How to use it:
Go to sleep and take notes of/sketch eventual dreams after waking up.


When to use it:
There is no choice. It is more about when the method uses you. There are times when dreams contain a strong emotional charge and I may want to investigate more. Those chances are of course unpredictable.


Reflection:
There are times when I remember my dreams vividly. They can offer informations about what to do next, which direction to take or what is the field of research to investigate.
It may be hard to understand a dream, even partially. It is often the case that they contain vital informations about what bothers me and as an artist this is very valuable, especially when a specific goal has yet to be set.

When a dream is incomprehensible (which is mostly the case) I can still study and sketch the images it provided and hope for future insights, through other research methods or even through further dreams.
